Basically, Preston Garvey is someone who will give you random quests to help settlers, and instead of asking you if you want to help, he will force each new quest upon you any time you turn in a completed one, or walk remotely near him. Completes the quest both times.This is a slight spoiler but the odds are, if you are here, you're looking for exactly this information. I have tried the following: 1: setstage of all types 2: startquest 3: completequest (actually completes it, but doesn't advanced me to the next quest) 4: completequest into reset quest into completequest. I reset the quest and it vanished from my quest list. I am also having this issue with Mollecular Level. Her dialogue is more explicit than any other Fallout 4 companion besides Ivy, so be warned. Roxy is optional and doesn't factor into the main story. She's the dealer at the roulette table in the New Rexford Hotel & Casino. Side Quests Roxy You meet Roxy near the end of the mod's main quest. I took money from the cannibal and killed him but stupid game considers you betrayed small bertha. I am stuck with the far harbor quest Turn Back the Fog.
How to reset quests? (dont suggest setstage or resetquest commands because they wont work) - posted in Fallout 4 Technical Support: i really dont know why we have setstage, resetquest and startquest commands because they are not working. From broken quests to major frame rate and stuttering issues, there's a host of common problems still occurring if you jumped into the game early (so many that some are declaring New Vegas and Fallout 3 to be superior games).
While some of Fallout 4's bugs are hilarious, others will make you want to burn Bethesda's development studios to the ground.
